Clubing in trainers...
When I came home some of my flatmates were in the kitchen (and I'm talking 4:30 am). It's nice to live with people who also work late so you never come home to a quite house.
Today will be my first day at 101. Wish me good luck!
To Lex: I'm coming hoem for Christmas, I'll by the tickets as soon as I can afford it. We so gonna have to go out all of us girls!!! Miss ya!
Jobs for me!
It was really fun to work yesterday. And the tips in that place, oh my... I could take that job just for the tips u know. But while I was working they called me from another place for an interview, which I had today. I just came from that interview, and I got the job, I'm starting tomorrow at 5 pm.
Now to the pros and cons. The Grape street wine bar is more like a waitress job and the 101 is bartending. I came here to do bartending, so here 101 get's one point. But on the other hand just the tips on that winebar was kind of half of what I would earn on 101. So I would probably make more money there, one point to Grape street wine bar.
But then there is a lovely solution to the whole thing. Full time on 101 would be 4 days a week and I supose I wouldn't start earlier than 6 pm, and it would probably be mostly weekends. The wine bar on the other hand is closed at weekends and there are morning and evening shifts there. So with a good schedule I could do both. =) I'm used to work hard, and I've had two jobs at the same time back home, so why not.
Btw, they haven't called me yet from the wine bar (which the manager said he would do today). SO this might not be an i ssue at all. Anyway, I'm doing really good here, and I love it!
First day at work...
Tomorrow, in case I'm not working or having any interviews, I'm gonna buy some stuff for my room and do some cleaning.
Btw I went shoping yesterday, and I did some really good bargains. The midseason sale started this week. I won't tell u what I bought though, cause I did some christmas shopping too. And I bought an corsette. It's perfect, and the price for it was just unbelieveable.
For all you people reading and wiriting comments on my blog, I really love that! I miss u all guys!
Me my class mates!
I'm gonna miss them all. This is the last group photo of uss before everybody went to different bras and clubs.

Purple Cup Cake

I really enjoyed the evening. Me and Nina went to a club called Sound. I danced the whole night drinking Amaretto sours and Jack & Cokes. We came home at 3.30 or something and even though I kind of felt like stayin gup all night and waiting until Nina had to catch the train to the Airport I fell a sleep right away when I closed my eyes to just rest a bit in my bed.
The next day felt a bit sad, leaving all my new friends and the Hostel. Still it was nice to move to a house where I would have an own room and just share the big kitchen with 5 other people. Only met 4 of them, but I all ready like em. We ate an Portugise dinner, some kind of stew made of beans and bacon with s ome rice and some meat. Considering that I haven't had a real home made dinner since the Canadian thanks giving, it was superb!
Going to sleep alone in a own bed, in a single room, with a stomach full of nice food was like heaven. But I still miss the hostel, guess where I am right now writing an entry. At the hostel of corse....
Final Exam
I just finnished the practical test and the free pouring. I got to make one Long island ice tea, one Ginn Fizz and one Caipirinha. I was so nervous that my head just started to doubt everything I did, but my body kept on doing it anyway. In other words, I had no idea of what I actually was doing. Lucky for me my hands didn't litsen to the orders I was giving to them, I ended up with the points 10, 10 and 9,5 out of 10. =D The free pouring resluts well be given us later tonight when we all are supposed to meet up in Soho for dinner and few drinks.

Just one big family
Herr Kuk

ps. I hope they make a good couple!
Sorry!

Trip to Windsor
We barbequed and I sort of played around with the kids. Their youngest is soooo cute! He is talking all the time and smiling too! I went out on a walk with them after lunch, along the river (they actually live by the river, soooo beautiful!). I really enjoyed spending some time with them. I didn't get home before 11 pm. Didn't like the underground that time of the day. Not that it's really nice any other time of the day either.
I forgot to tell you about one more thing that happened yesterday. My friend chatted up two guys from Italy, she ended up getting invited for an italian home made dinner, and she was asked to take "your friend" with her. In other words that's me. I hope they were too drunk to remember the whole thing. Even though I like italian cousine, I don't really like the idea of eating at some random guys place.
Now, movie time!
Weirdest Night Ever
Suddenly a magician came up to us and started to pull out cards from my friends hair
Finally we got kind of promoted to a club called Empire. Both of uss got a free drink. Here comes the funny part. The whole casino/bar/restaurant was so classy and looked kind of posh, but the bartender he was shit at what he was doing. I jsut had to stop the urge telling him how to do it right. He even got the ingrediens mixed up and didn't hear our orders right! Later we got a ice cold blue creamy hot shot from the bartender. The free drinks didn't end up there, a guy found me the most beautiful woman in the whole bar, and he gave me a second one of the French Martini I was zippin at (which btw will from now on be my signature drink, it's so delicious). I usually don't like people to pay stuff for me, it feels kind of weird...

On our way home we got some company, then out of nowhere a guy that passed uss grabbed my bum. I looked quite shocked and my friend asked what the matter was. When the guy that was walking with us found out about it he turned around and went for the guy, started to argue with him, suddenly there was like 10 guys arguing with the guy who grabbed my ass, and they commanded him to apollogise, which he did, then all the guys asked me if the apollogie was accepted and after me saying "yes, apollogie accepted" the whole fuzz was over. The hero of the night whished uss a good evening and kissed uss on the cheek and left.
Well that's almost the whole storry... Not much more to tell. =) Anyway I had a blast!
Now I'm all dressed up and ready for Windsor! (a bit hung over though!)
Moving into a house...
Got some good news though! I found a spareroom in a house close to London Bridge!!! So I'll be moving in the end of next week. It's a really beautiful house. with four bedrooms, one toilet and one bathroom, one living room and a kitchen. I'll be living on the second floor.
Tomorrow I'm going to Windsor and meet a family that owns a summercottage close to ours. I've been to windsor when I was younger to babysit their kid. I really loved that! I'm gonna have a look at the Windsor Castle too. Quite a long time since I were there last time. Not that I'm that interested in history and stuff, but it was a beautiful castle.
Apart from that I'll be studying loads the whole weekend, our big tests are next week. I think I'll manage quite well. At least I hope so... =)
Updates...
I had the best night ever last night! The manager of the hostel went to visit some friends or something, so I kind of got to sleep in one of his double beds (I'm really jelous, he is living there alone with two duble beds!). Anyway, that bed was like 10 times more comfortable than the bed I've been sleeping in.
I haven't done much special this weekend. Same old Starbucks studying all day long you know. I did meet a girl from Aland yesterday though. It was really fuin to just hang out with somebody that isn't staying at the hostel. Starbucks again for a coffe, and then some shopping.
Tomorrow I'm going to party like hell, cause it's Sarah's birthday (one of the girls staying and working at the hostel). So we will be cellebrating that tomorrow!
Bow I'm going to start searching for some shareflats... Wish me good luck!
Enjoying London
When It started to get a bit darker I headed for oxfordstreet. It felt so good just to walk around alone in stores. I found some really nice clothes (really expencive too), lucky me I didn't bring more than 3 pounds with me, which I saved for a latte at starbucks before walking back to the hostel. It wasn't even that crowded, I enjoyed it a lot.
Just three hours time with myself, and I felt like a whole new person. The bad mood I had been in the whole day just dissapeared. =)
Today it's Friday. What to do what to do... I'll probably go out clubing or just sit in a bar and take a few glasses of wine with my friends, but right now I must get to school!
1 min 32 seconds
Jahaaja.... Da a man har da igen. Ja just det, engelska sku det ju vara. Well... I've done loads of progress in bartending. We timed us doing two different drinks with different methods today. I did managed to do a French Martini and a Negroni at 1 minute 32 seconds. Yey! We are now up in 40 different drinks, and I've studying some of the new ones today. But sometimes it feels like I'm starting to forget the old ones, like there wouldn't be enough room in my head for all of them. But hey, I can do do what ever I want if i just decide to do it, so I guess it just need a bit more practice =P
My room-mates Victor and Bella went totally nuts today. It was actually fun just to litsen to them talking. They were just like me when I have had to much sugar and no sleep. Easily entertained in other words. To bad I don't eat that much sugar and sleep to much nowadays, cause damn those moments are worth to remember.
Btw, the test I told you about, got the scores today, and I did really good. =)
Sunday at the Hostel
Still I woke up for breakfast at 9 am and studied a bit. I think I know it all now. At least I hope so, tomorrow it's back to school...
A gorgeous guy from Australia, living and working here at the Hostel, made me dinner today. It tasted really good, and definately better than a subway sandwich or something like that. So now I own him one!
Shoping!
Shoping in London is just the best! We live like 10 mintues walk from Oxfordstreet, awesome! So yesterday and today I spent some money. But! I have to say I got a lot of great stuff really cheap, so spending a bit can't be that bad can it?Anyway, as u all know, I'm good at other stuff than shoping too... We (me and Nina) actually went to Starbucks for brunch today, and we stayed there for four hours studying! Good girl Jenni!
Now I'm gonna watch a movie (no partying for me today). I'm going early to bed!
Weekend plans!
It's (looking at my gorgeous watch) 4:12 pm, and I'm back from school. I learned bounce-cuting today, which is so useful bartending, and we times us making two different drinks. I got the shortest time 32 seconds making two Harvey Wallbangers! Woohoo! I'm getting the grip of the whole thing, and it's just fun you know! I just got to keep up learning new drinks all the time I'm at 24 drinks by now. Quite good I think!
Now I'm free for the rest of the weekend, I'll porbably go out today, or make it, I will go out today. =) So I guess you all know what I'll be doing on saturday...
Don't worry, I won't party all weekend. On sunday I and Nina are going on a picknick to some park or something. I'll have to study too. Casue on monday we will have our first test. Nothing serious though, Vince (our teacher) just wanna check how far we have got in our studies.
The weather here is GREAT! It's sunny, and aprox. 19 degrees outside! It will be like that the whole weekend. So much better than the autumns in scandinavia....
Well that's it for now, I hope you enjoy reading all this shit!
I'm all good!
Well... Here I am writing again, sorry for not doing that for a few days! I've had a blast the last couple of days! Apart from a small accident at the party I told you guys all about earlier. I accidentaly burned my thumb on my right hand. How that happened is another storry (including my thumb, a bottle of Minttu and some Finnish manners). So now I have a huge blister on my thumb, and it hurts like hell when tuching it. Apart from that I'm all right!
I really like the Hostel we live in, I've all ready met so many new people from all around the world. Downstairs in the kitchen you can go outside to an outdoor room (4 walls but no roof), it's mostly used by smokers, but it's usually there the partys start. Sitting there u meet loads of new people, it's really awesome! unfortunately we have our window 4 floors right abow. I don't mind the noise though, cause I'm used to some when I shared the cabin with my workmates at my former job.

The rooms are aweful though. We sleep in red beds with quite grose blankets, the walls are painted in a shiny orange colour, it's really small and we have only one light in the whole room, which is quite annoying when some wanna study in the evenings and other just sleep. But once I fall a sleep I don't wake up by much more than my phone alarm.
And for all you that is thinks that I've been partying every night, youre soooo wrong! I've been a good girl studying every night (apart from the first house-party)! And It really pays, cause there is much to study, lucky for me I'm a fast learner!

Anyway, my time is almost up, so I'm gonna end it here, and maybe try to type something tomorrow. I promise to put up some pictures as fast as I can!
Thanks for all your comments people! I miss u all, and don't worry about me, I really manage well!
Take care!
